Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Item must be unused in the original, undamaged, packaging to be eligible for a return. Shipping will not be included in the return amount. 

If a product comes damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of arrival and we will sort it out. If you contact us after the 3 days about returning a damaged item, you will not be eligible for a return. 

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will certainly do our best to help you file a claim.* 

*If you are awarded a store credit through a giveaway you have one month to use it from give date. If it is a gift card, they do not expire.*
